Picture Polish Salt Water is a pastel turquoise holographic nail polish with holo flakes and will dry smooth on nails.

Created with Nailstorming in 2016.  In Gianna’s words,  a true and sparkling turquoise inspired by the beauty and luster of the sun upon the ocean.

Clean nails before use. Apply base coat. Shake Salt Water and apply two (2) coats for complete coverage. Apply a top coat for a mirror finish.

Picture Polish does not contain toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene or animal ingredients.  No animal testing.
