Quickie NOTD - piCture pOlish Monroe (new version)

Hello lovelies!! I hope everyone is having a great week so far!! Things are finally back to normal at Harlow & Co. after this past weekend's Enchanted Polish restock blitz. I just wanted to share my NOTD (nails of the day - for those who aren't totally up on the lingo!) - I'm a huge fan of gorgeous, vampy red polishes. I don't usually do my nails with them, generally just my toes!! However, I had to make an exception for this beauty. 

This is the new version of piCture pOlish Monroe is a blood red jelly with scattered holographic shimmer. The holo is much more obvious in the new version because the particles are bigger - I love the old version too, it is a much deeper red, but this one is just so much more sparkly in the sun!!
