Shipping is FREE for orders over $25 within Canada and orders over $50 to the US, if you're international shipping is FREE on orders over $100 - and if you don’t need that many polishes, you'll be able to see your shipping prices upon check out - we offer other shipping rates which include tracking and faster shipping times! We’re trying to be fair all around because we want you to like us!
We unfortunately do not ship to Italy, Mexico & South Africa.
Most orders ship out the next business day after we receive your order! During busy times (restocks, product launches and holidays) we may bump it back a bit, but don't worry, we'll get it out ASAP - we don't like to wait, so we assume our clients don't either!
We ship through Canada Post, unless we have arranged something with you, and that generally takes between 1 – 7 business days, depending on where you are located. If it is international is could be a bit longer, we've listed the shipping time guidelines below for you. Harlow & Co. tries to be eco-conscious and we reuse and recycle shipping materials wherever possible, so if that means we run out of packing peanuts, we'll use old flyers instead!
Canada: 1-7 business days (most of Ontario & parts of Quebec are next business day!) US: 4-10 business days (at most 30 business days) International: 6-10 business days (up to 30 business days)
*** For orders being shipped to Russia, please note there is a very long delay in shipping - we have experienced shipping delays of up to 80-90 days in some cases due to the backlog of packages with Russian customs. ***
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and once a package leaves our shop, we can’t guarantee that it will arrive within the post office’s suggested timeline. Please note that Harlow & Co. is not responsible for any additional customs fees that your country may charge.
