Cherry Fulfilling is a bright cherry-red jelly nail polish packed with an array of twinkling holographic glitters. These silvery hex holographic bits range from micro to small in size, catching the light like facets on jewels. Two coats plus a layer of Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top give a perfect finish, though those with longer nails may prefer a third coat.
