He knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you’re awake, no matter if you are bad or good, Santa is a know-it-all.  At least that is what parents like to tell children to keep them on their best behavior during the holiday season.  To me, Santa is really a Noel It All, making the holidays cheerful and merry!

Noel It All is a Christmas Red reflective nail polish.  A bold red jelly base twinkles with red reflective pigment in low lighting, while a bold red flash comes through in brighter lighting for a sparkling effect perfect for the holiday season.  This festive shade features a new, easier to apply reflective formula and is best in two coats.  For a glass-like finish, let it fully dry, and top with Smooth Moves before finishing with Clearly On Top.
