Rose Jelly is a sheer rose pink jelly nail polish with a shiny, transparent finish. Originally released with Chiffon as part of our Rose Quartz Nail Art Sets, this polish evokes a dew drop on a ballerina pink carnation. If Elle Woods is your fashion icon, but you're subtle about it, don't skip this milky, candied cherry blossom pink. Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. Use in conjunction with our Looking Glass Top Coat and Get Ready Base Coat for the ultimate long-lasting manicure.
