If there was anything more vibrant than accessories and clothing in the ‘80s, it was makeup.  Vibrant hues featured in magazine ads tempted makeup wearers to buy a new colorful shade.  Bold blue eyeshadow, vibrant pink lipstick, and broad strokes of blush were worn, each look carefully curated to show off maximum color. 

To The Max is a cornflower crème nail polish reminiscent of retro eyeshadows.  This vibrant blue almost leans periwinkle, and provides easy, two-coat coverage.  Follow with a coat of Clearly On Top for maximum shine.
