Like a good 90’s child, neon makes my heart flutter. This glitter top coat can add a punch of color to your nails with neon circle glitters in a rainbow of bright shades. 1 coat over your favorite white is 90’s perfection!

Notes: For best results, pull brush straight up from bottle, dab glitter on, wipe brush and spread glitter as desired, follow with a quick dry top coat like Clearly On Top.  This will not apply as smoothly as our crelly or cream polishes due to the larger glitters.  We have tested these neon glitters for 8+ months with no bleeding or fading.

This listing is for a standard full-sized 15ml /.5oz bottle with our glitter grabbing flat brush. Two stainless steel balls are included in every polish bottle.
